What is hypnosis ?
Hypnotherapy is a set of practice that involves using the altered state of consciousness that hypnosis provides to work on an individual.
Everyone remembers this moment in their lives when we simply pause time by fixing the calm and rhythmic movement of the waves. This moment when, sitting in a car, we lose the thread time by watching the car scroll in the lane next to us. Whom did not feel tired while driving in heavy rain, lulled by the regular rhythm of the wipers and the drops of water striking the windshield ? These brief moments are nothing but little experiences of self-hypnosis. It is your conscious mind that disconnects for a moment and lets your mind rest. It is this state that we seek during our work, a state of modified consciousness that allows a thorough work on yourself. Everyone can have access to this altered state of consciousness.
